(Ps. 107:2)

Consecration Eating Principles and Instructions
1.   Daily Prayer and Bible Study
Prayer focus
Relationships, Finances, Vision for our Future,
Families, Unity in Greater Johnson, a New Level,
Vision for Greater Johnson, and our Pastor
2.   Drink designated amounts of water and 100% juices
3.   On the days of consecration and Sacrifice eat: fresh fruit, steamed and raw vegetables, brown rice, and skinless chicken, turkey or fish. On these days, abstain from junk food, fast food, fried foods, caffeine, cholesterol, dairy products and red meat.
4.   On days of not consecrating slowly reintroduce high fat, high cholesterol foods back into regular diet. If you over do it with those type of foods, your weight gain may triple. Moderation is key.
5.   Start doing some type of aerobic exercise, such as brisk walking, moderate jogging or a combination of the two. Prepare to be active in exercise 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Remember to deep breathe while exercising and stretching.
6.   These consecration principles are just a guide. It is not intended to cause an individual under a physicians’ care to disregard the instructions of the physician. If you are under a physicians’ care, please consult with them before participating. Thank you
7.   This Consecration will last until the end of this calendar month, January. Please consult church calendar for this month to see the days of consecration.
